D’Arcy O’Connor is the author of three Oak Island
books, a documentary film-maker, freelance journalist, avid sailor, and an
English teacher at Montreal’s Dawson College. He has been following and writing
about the Oak Island mystery ever since he had the good fortune to run into Dan
Blankenship during the summer of 1970, and then wrote his first feature article
on it for The Wall Street Journal.
Danny Hennigar is a former Oak Island tour guide
who has been researching the enigma for over thirty years. He has shared his
wealth of information for television documentaries and radio shows, and has
written many articles about the search. He lives only ten minutes from the site,
and remains in contact with many of its key players. He is also a founder and
director of the Oak Island Tourism Society.
